Enegi Oil plans to flow-test Garden Hill South well in January
Enegi Oil said it plans to conduct a flow test of its PAP#1-ST#3 well at the Garden Hill South property later in January and move the well into production shortly afterwards. On January 3, the well was brought on line for clean up prior to the flow test and on January 4 it produced 460 barrels of oil and natural gas of 236 barrels of oil equivalent.
Following clean up, which is ongoing, the well will be shut in briefly to allow the pressure in the reservoir to recover.
Garden Hill South is an onshore oil discovery in Newfoundland that is 100 percent owned and operated by PDI Production Inc, Enegi’s Canadian operating subsidiary. Previous production tests from Garden Hill South to date have produced over 24,000 barrels of high quality crude.
