Investigator Resources (ASX: IVR) is exploring for iron oxide, copper, gold and uranium deposits in the southern Gawler Craton of South Australia. The majority of the company's 7,000 square kilometres of tenure is in South Australia, with tenements also in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
One of the company's key projects is the Paris silver discovery and other silver targets within the large newly recognised Peterlumbo epithermal field on north Eyre Peninsula.
Investigator Resources in pre-open pending capital raising announcement
Investigator Resources (ASX: IVR) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending the release of details on a proposed capital raising, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Investigator has not yet indicated where the potential inflow of funds will be allocated, but the company has recently made some significant discoveries.
At the Paris discovery in South Australia, the company recently hit the very high grade silver intersections of up to 29 ounces per tonne.
Included in the recent drilling success at the New Paris Northeast Primary Target was, 4 metres at 913 g/t silver from 72 metres; 3 metres at 554g/t silver from 90 metres; and 12 metres at 211g/t silver from 60 metres.
At the Secondary Lead Spine Target; 9 metres at 202g/t silver; 51 metres at 35g/t silver from 6 metres, including 12 metres at 7.0% lead; and 9 metres at 73g/t silver from 27 metres.
