EurOmax Resources appoints two to technical advisory board, and new CFO

2nd Dec 2010, 10:25 am

EurOmax Resources (TSX VENTURE: EOX) said Wednesday it has appointed Dr Roger Moss and Dr Quinton Hennigh to the company's newly formed technical advisory board, as well as Aurora Davidson to the position of CFO.

Dr. Moss has 15 years of international exploration experience, including ten years in senior management positions with Amerigo Resources, Nikos Explorations, and Los Andes Copper. He was involved in the discovery of the Navachab gold deposit in Namibia, which after 13 years of operation still contains reserves and resources of 3.7 million gold ounces.

Dr. Hennigh has served as president and chief geologist of Evolving Gold Corp. for the past three years, where he developed a portfolio of gold exploration properties.

Prior to joining Evolving Gold, Hennigh was an exploration geologist with Newmont Mining Corp., Newcrest Mining, and Homestake Mining, during which time he worked on projects in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America.

In addition, effective yesterday, Aurora Davidson assumed the role of CFO. Since 2003, Davidson has been focused on providing CFO services predominantly to companies in the mining sector, including Amerigo Resources.
