Next Fifteen Communications Group Plc (LON:NFC) has snapped up digital marketing business Technical Associates Group in a deal worth up to £3.6mln.

From its offices in the UK, Germany and Singapore, TAG works with industrial engineering companies to build their brands and counts sector giants National Instruments, HIMA and Atlas Copco among its clients.
