First Property keeps its winning streak going in MSCI rankings

First Property's operations in Poland commenced in 2005

First Property Group PLC (LON:FPO) has retained its position as the best performing fund manager versus MSCI's Central and Eastern European (CEE) Benchmark.

The property fund manager and investor has been in pole position now for eleven years in Morgan Stanley Capital International’s (MSCI) rankings in this category.

First Property is also the best performing fund manager over the annualised periods from the commencement of its operations in Poland in 2005 to the end of each of the years from 31 December 2008, First Property informed investors.

“We have no intention of resting on our laurels and will continue to focus on providing consistently high investment returns for clients and shareholders," pledged Ben Habib, First Property’s chief executive.

Shares in First Property were up 1.7% at 51.85p in mid-morning trade.
