Keywords Studios appoints ex- Stobart, Ryanair man as new FD

Video games services specialist Keywords Studios PLC (LON:KWS) has appointed a new finance director with a growth company background.

David Broderick, 42, will be based in Dublin and joins immediately.

He has been at Arconics, an aviation software company, since 2015 and prior to that was finance director of Stobart Air and for six years head of investor relations at Ryanair.

He replaces Andrew Lawton who wants to return to the UK after two years in the post said Keywords.

Andrew Day, Keywords’ chief executive, said Broderick had worked as a senior member of management teams within a number of high growth businesses and this experience would be invaluable as Keywords continues to expand.

He also thanked Lawton, who Day said had overseen a near five-fold increase in revenues through organic growth and nine acquisitions during his time at Keywords.
