PROACTIS Holdings up as it sees revenue boost

Forward revenue visibility has improved with an order book of £26.1mln (2015: £19.7m), an increase of 32%, the firm added.

Spend control specialist PROACTIS Holdings PLC (LON:PHD) saw shares gain over 5% as it said it expects to report a 13% increase in revenue for the year to end July.

It expects revenue of around £19.4mln (2015: £17.2mln, with adjusted EBITDA coming in at around  £5.3mln (2015: £4.8mln) - an increase of 10%, in line with expectations.

The period saw a 16% increase in up-sell deals to 95 compared to 82 in 2015 and a 33% increase in £6.9mln initial contract value.

Forward revenue visibility has improved with an order book of £26.1mln (2015: £19.7m), an increase of 32%, the firm added.

Shares gained 5.36% to 118p.
