Southern Silver Exploration beefs up board of directors
Southern Silver Exploration Corp (TSX-V: SSV) has increased the size of its Board of Directors to six after the appointments of Terrence Eyton and Dale Janowsky.
Terrence Eyton has joined to strengthen the company’s compliance and reporting skill set. Eyton is a Chartered Accountant and already serves as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bravo Venture Group (TSX-V: BVG), Fortune River Resource Corp (TSX-V: FRX) and Sabina Gold & Silver Corp (TSX: SBB).
Dale Janowsky, who recently retired after 44 years in corporate & commercial law, brings an abundance of experience advising management and directors of companies on a wide range of subjects. Janowsky was previously a director with Eaglecrest Explorations.
Southern Silver Exploration, as the name suggests, is focussed on exploring for precious metal deposits in New Mexico, Mexico and Arizone.
