Zamano reveals revenue and earnings growth for first nine months

Revenue was up to €16.8mln from €13.4mln, while earnings rose to €2.08mln from €1.71mln

Mobile billings specialist Zamano (LON:ZMNO) has revealed it has grown both revenues and earnings in the first nine months of the year.

In the period to September 30 revenues amounted to €16.8mln, versus €13.4mln in the same period of 2014, while earnings (EBITDA) rose to €2.08mln from €1.71mln last year.

The group said it had €5.38mln of cash at the end of September, compared to €2.54mln in 2014.

Zamano, which last week announced it would not be taken over, also told investors that non-executive chairman John Rockett is to resign with effect from March 31 2016.

Ross Conlon, Zamano chief executive, in a statement said: "John has been an excellent director and chairman for the company playing an important role in the stabilisation of the company's performance in recent years.

“He has been a valued adviser for the executive management team as well as providing strong leadership for the board.”
