Blackham Resources has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a proposed financing transaction.

Blackham Resources (ASX:BLK) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a proposed financing transaction.

Blackham is an emerging gold producer, and has 4.7 million ounce gold resource in Western Australia.

The company's 1.3Mtpa plant and infrastructure unlocks value in its Matilda Gold Project, allowing for the potential production of over 100,000 ounces annually.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 20th May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
