25th Nov 2009, 3:52 pm NF Energy Saving delivers US$640,000 worth of flow control valves to Dahuofang water supply project

NF Energy Saving Corp (OTCBB: NFEC) said it has delivered 147 sets of valves to the Western Water Plant phases of the Dahuofang water supply project, and will recognise revenue of US$640,000 in the fourth quarter 2009.

Dahuofang Water Supply Project is an important project in Liaoning province. It will effectively solve the water supply problems in seven cities of central Liaoning province, including Shenyang, Fushun, Liaoyang, An'shan, Haicheng, Yingkou and Dalian.

The project, started in 2008, is divided into two phases. Western Water Plant is part of the Phase I project located in Shenyang city.

Chairman and CEO Li Gang commented: “We will continually supply our high-quality energy-efficient flow control system to this project."

Earlier this month NF Energy Saving completed the 1st batch of energy efficient flow control systems for a large power plant in Guangdong province. Four butterfly valves are to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2009, and the company expects to realise revenue of US$560,000 from the initial batch in that period.

Another batch of four butterfly valves is to be delivered in 2010 and revenue of US$560,000 is to be recognized in 2010.

The power plant is one of China's new Ultra-Supercritical coal power plants being built to replace small, dirty and inefficient coal power plants with design capacity of 2 x 1,000 megaWatts of generation capacity. It will greatly improve the electricity supply in the Pearl River Delta Area.
