NF Energy Saving Corp (OTCBB: NFEC) said it has delivered 24 sets of its newly developed DN3600 ductile iron butterfly valve to a large water supply project in Guangzhou, the provincial capital of Guangdong in Southern China.

The group announced winning the order from the Guangzhou Water Affairs Bureau in August 2009.

NF Energy expects to recognize revenue of US$2.25 million in the fourth quarter of 2009 from the delivery.

The DN3600 valve has an internal diameter of 3.6 meters and is the largest butterfly valve deployed in China. The advanced ductile iron technology has improved the anticorrosion and impact resistance of the valve, which extends its working life to over 30 years.

Chairman and CEO Li Gang commented: "This important water supply project ...  will greatly improve the water quality in Guangzhou and secure the water supply for the forthcoming Guangzhou Asian Games.”
