RISERS
FTSE 100 housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings PLC, up almost 5% as it cheered the market with
European Metals Holdings Ltd (LON: EMH), up over 11% as it reported what it called "exceptional" results from the CIW-11 hole at the Cinovec Lithium-Tin-Tungsten project.
Serica Energy plc (LON:SQZ), up 5% as it said the operator of the Lomond platform Shell has advised that the issues concerning the re-commissioning of the export facilities have been resolved and Erskine oil and gas production resumed on August 29.
FALLERS
Standard Chartered (LON:STAN), down 2.64% as Barclays downgraded the share to ' underweight' from 'equalweight', but lifted the price target to 520p from 500p.
Richland Resources Ltd (LON:RLD), down 25% despite it generating sales of US$640,000 in the first half of the year to June 30 from sapphire mining in Queensland. Its Capricorn mine is still ramping up production but is expected to produce at a rate of 800,000 carats from the current quarter onwards.
ECR Minerals (LON:ECR), down 12% as it brought in £500,000 via an oversubscribed subscription to use for working capital.

Proxama Resources plc (LON:PROX), up over 21% as it continues to bask in the news that it has become only the second company in the world to be certified by Google as a Google location services provider.
Oregen Gold plc (LON:ORE), up 8.7% as it released positive news on its recent diamond drilling programme at the Mutsk gold project in southern Armenia.
Redrow plc (LON:RDW), up almost 7% as the FTSE250 heartily cheered with record interims.
FALLERS
Sierra Rutile Ltd (LON:SRX), down over 14% as its proposed merger with Aussie firm Iluka is to be probed by the German takeover authorities.
Tasty Plc (LON:TAST, down over 8% to 169p to as it released interim results, which showed a pre-tax loss of £2.30mln versus a pre-tax profit of £1.32mln last year due to a £3.58mln impairment charge against five sites.
HaiKe Chemical Group (LON:HAIK), down 4.84% as it issued a correction on its trading update released on July 20.

Vast Resources PLC (LON:VAST), up 7.69% as IT announced the signing of a long-term off-take deal in relation to all concentrates from the Manaila mine in Romania.
Mobile Streams Plc (LON:MOS), up over 56% as the mobile app group said its Indian subsidiary had exceeded the important milestone of reaching 50,000 active subscribers.
FALLERS
Aureus Mining plc (LON:AUE), down 9.52% as it said it would become the owner and operator of its New Liberty gold mine in Liberia - a strategic move which will reduce ongoing costs.
Interquest Group PLC (LON:ITQ) , down 17% as its six month results failed to cheer the market, reporting net loss after goodwill impairment of £3.2mln versus a profit of £1.6mln in 2015.
Forbidden Technologies plc (LON:FBT), down 9.21% as it pushed up total sales by a quarter in its latest half year results though losses remained largely unchanged.
