RISERS

Metal Tiger PLC (LON:MTR), up 8.3%. Drilling on the T3 target at Metal Tiger’s copper venture in Botswana continues to return high grades.

Morgan Sindall Group PLC (LON:MGNS), up 7.8%. Half-year adjusted profit before tax rose 21% year-on-year.

Proxama PLC (LON:PROX), up 5.9%. PubMatic, the marketing automation software company for publishers, is to provide Proxama with a private marketplace, enabling brands and agencies working with Proxama to see the premium ad space available before deciding which placements to invest in.

FALLERS

ECR Minerals PLC (LON:ECR), down 21%. The company raised money a month ago to repay the money it owed to Yorkville and close its standby equity facility; it has now decided not to pay off the facility.

African Potash Limited (LON:AFPO), down 12%. The fertiliser trading firm has signed a deal with a distributor in Zambia.

Ascential PLC (LON:ASCL), down 6.9%. The media company found the market hard to please with its half-year results, which revealed adjusted underlying earnings (EBITDA) had risen to £67.3mln from £55.4mln the year before.

RISERS

Direct Line Insurance Group PLC (LON:DLG), up 9.7%. The insurer unveiled a 10 pence a share special dividend and said it may consider a similar shareholder return at the end of the year.

Omega Diagnostics Group Plc (LON:ODX), up 9.0%. The medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease has secured a Scottish Enterprise research and development grant of £1.8mln. 

Marwyn Management Partners PLC (LON:MMP), up 6.3%. Marwyn Value Investors LP, the firm’s largest shareholder, has continued buying shares in accordance with the company's announcement relating to the proposed cancellation of its listing on Aim.

FALLERS

Braveheart Investment Group PLC (LON:BRH), down 27%. Shares shot up last week when the company admitted it was in talks to sell one of its portfolio companies; those gains have been trimmed now the company has confirmed it has conditionally sold its stake in mLED Limited.

Rotork PLC (LON:ROR), down 7.8%. The company said it now expects its second half weighting to be more pronounced than previously indicated, partly due to currency movements.

Equiniti PLC (LON:EQN), down 7.1%. The specialist technology outsourcer providing non-discretionary payment and administration services claimed its half-year results were strong; the market disagreed.

RISERS

Proton Power Systems Plc (LON:PPS), up 36%. Hydrogen fuel cell specialist Proton Power Systems has undertaken a restructuring and a boardroom shake-up.

Clipper Logistics PLC (LON:CLG), up 7.6%. Full-year basic earnings per share increased by 41.1% to 10.3p (2015: 7.3p).

BBA Aviation PLC (LON:BBA), up 7.5%. Half-year earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation were up 50% year-on-year.

FALLERS

APC Technology Group PLC (LON:APC), down 16% at 8.375p. The company announced plans to raise £1.1mln by placing shares at 8p a pop.

Lakehouse PLC (LON:LAKE), down 10%. A contract win with Scottish Power was not enough to offset the shock of a profit warning.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC (LON:FLO), down 9.5%. News of a bolt-on acquisition was not enough to offset the shock of a profit warning.
