Some final share price movers late in the day

RISERS

W Resources PLC (LON:WRES), up 2.63% at 0.39p, as it said it had in increased its acreage in Portugal with the award of the Monforte-Tinoca exploration licence.

Bookie William Hill plc (LON:WMH), up almost 5% to 328.8p as it's been approached by rival gambling companies 888 (LON:888) and Rank Group about a merger.

Cloudbuy (LON:CBUY), the e-procurement firm racinbg away on the day, up nearly 45% to 6.875p as it appears to still be basking in last Friday's trading update.

FALLERS

Metals Exploration Plc (LON:MTL), down over 4% to 8.125p as it's to raise US$5mln by placing shares at 5p each with certain existing shareholders.

Gold mining titan Randgold Resources (LON:RRS), down 3.39% to 8,550p, despite it telling investors  it was set for an improved performance in the second half of 2016 at its Tongon mine in Côte d'Ivoire after overcoming several problems at the gold project.

Ferrum Crescent LTD (LON:FCR), down over 8% to 0.22p as it conditionally raised £374,453 before expenses through a placement, via Beaufort Securities Limited.

RISERS

Photonstar LED Group (LON:PSL), up 11%. The designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions is to issue 230,857 shares to former non-executive director Philip Marshall in settlement of outstanding remuneration.

CVS Group PLC (LON:CVSG), up 10%. The provider of integrated veterinary services said revenue and earnings for the year just ended will be modestly ahead of market expectations.

Jiasen International Holdings Limited (LON:JSI), up 9.1%. All resolutions were passed at today’s annual general meeting.

FALLERS

Ferrum Crescent Ltd (LON:FCR), down 10%. The shares fell to 0.22p after the metals project developer raised £374,453 placing shares at 0.2p each.

Kenmare Resources PLC (LON:KMR), down 6.6%. Today’s extraordinary meeting was convened in order to propose a number of resolutions relating to the proposed capital reorganisation and capital restructuring.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (LON:GKP), down 6.4%. The Capital Group Companies, Inc. has seen its stake rise from less than 10% to 12%.

RISERS

Image Scan Holdings (LON:IGE), up over 26% to 3p as it was awarded a significant further order for its ThreatScan(R)-LS1 portable X-ray system.

Coal of Africa (LON:CZA),up over 15% to 3.75p as it updated on the regulatory process at the Makhado project.

Scotgold Resources Ltd (LON SGZ), up almost 6% to 0.90p as a review of its Pomar licence showed the potential for a separate gold mineralisation and therefore new gold discoveries outside known antimony related occurrences.

FALLERS

Tungsten Corp (LON:TUNG), down over 5% to  41.75p as the financial and e-invoicing specialist unveiled results for the year to end April.

Versarien plc (LON:VRS) down 3.57% to 10.125p as it conditionally raised £1.1mln via a fully subscribed placing of over 10mln shares at 10p a pop with existing institutional shareholders.

Marechale Capital plc (LON:MAC), shares fell over 8% to 1.375p as it reported revenue of £742,000 (2015: £965,000) down on last year resulting in a loss of £91,000 compared to a profit of £150,000) in 2015, reflecting the difficulty in completing some deals in the current economic environment, the firm said

RISERS

Highlands Natural Resources Plc (LON:HNR), up 8.68% to 29.75p as it struck a deal to add another new project to its portfolio, acquiring shale acreage in Colorado.

CloudBuy (LON:CBUY), up over 23% to 5.88p on no news, although the firm updated on Friday, saying it was looking to new revenues from projects in the second half.

Mariana Resources Ltd (LON:MARL), up 7% to 53.5p as it unveiled results of a the latest resource estimate for the high grade gold-copper Hot Maden project in Turkey.

 

LOSERS

NetDimensions Ltd (LON:NETD), down over 29% to 41.5p as a first half trading update disappointed.

Arricano Real Estate (LON:ARO) down 15% to 0.425p as a second quarter trading update showed retail vacancy rates reduced across its portfolio of five shopping malls compared to last year.

Frontera Resources (LON:FRR), down almost 11% to 0.1025p as it updated on loans and operations.
