Highlands Natural Resources Plc (LON:HNR), up 12%. The company said 50,000 warrants have been converted into shares.
Berkeley Energia Limited (LON:BKY, ASX:BKY), up 7.6%. The uranium exploration group is embarking on a drilling programme that will hopefully enhance the potential of its Salamanca property in eastern Spain.
Industrial Multi Property Trust PLC (LON:IMPT), up 5.9%. The board has issued a robust rejection of the claims in this morning’s letter to shareholders from J Stocks. “Now is clearly not the time to consider the sale of the portfolio to the first party who makes an opportunistic, unsolicited and conditional proposal,” the board said.
FALLERS
Go-Ahead Group PLC (LON:GOG), down 16%. The bus and train operator warned that profits in its Govia Thameslink Rail (GTR) franchise would be half those previously expected.
Edenville Energy PLC (LON:EDL), down 15% at 0.02p. The company has raised £432,500 through a share subscription, in which the shares were lobbed out at 0.0225p each.
Elegant Hotels Group PLC (LON:EHG), down 14%. Half-year revenues from the owner and operator of six upscale freehold hotels and a beachfront restaurant on Barbados were flat year-on-year, and there are a number of challenges that are having an impact on the trading performance.

Premier Farnell PLC (LON:PFL), up 50%. Shares in electronics distributor Premier Farnell shot up after it agreed a £615mln takeover by Swiss electro-mechanical engineering group Daetwyler AG (SWX:DAE).
FirstGroup PLC (LON:FGP), up 10%. The bus and train group expects significantly increased cash generation in the current financial year.
Versarien PLC (LON:VRS), up 5.9%. The graphene specialist unveiled a new partnership with Absolute Engineering, which will aim to develop novel technologies for the printing industry, including graphene enhanced composites.
FALLERS
Metminco Limited (LON:MNC, ASX:MNC), down 35%. Copper and gold explorer Metminco Limited has tied-up a US$45mln farm–out of its Los Calatos project in Peru.
Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC (LON:CRST), down 4.4%. The half-year report from the house builder revealed a 25% increase in pre-tax profits, but the market was unimpressed.
Shield Therapeutics PLC (LON:STX), down 4.2%. The maiden full-year results from the speciality pharmaceuticals company underwhelmed. Loss before tax rose to £24.49mln from £13.43mln on zero revenues.
