Major share price risers and fallers in London at 4pm

RISERS 

Imagination Technologies Group plc (LON:IMG) up 7.4% at 184.5p. Liberum Capital said the graphics chip maker could become a bid target after it announced a restructuring.

Cello Group plc (LON:CLL) up 4.9% at 96p. Health and consumer marketing group increases annual profits and increases its dividend by 10%.

OneSavings Bank PLC (LON:OSB) up 19.1% at 302.88p. Banking group increased pre-tax profits by 52% to £105.9mln while loans and advances rose 31% in 2015 to £5.1bn.

FALLERS

WANdisco PLC (LON:WAND) down 15.9% at 18.25p. Finance chief completed the exercise of 298,183 nominal value options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in WANdisco, and the subsequent sale of 177,013 of these shares in order to fund the tax liability resulting from the exercise of options.

Hutchison China MediTech Limited (LON:HCM) down 17.8% at 1910p. Hutchison China MediTech announced the pricing of its US public offering of American depositary shares, raising gross proceeds of about US$101.25 mln.

Kimberly Enterprises NV (LON:KBE) down 8.7% at 0.39p. Investors take profits after the Eastern European residential property developer following a settlement of a dispute involving bondholders earlier this week.

RISERS

Pathfinder Minerals (LON:PFP) up 92% to 1.78p. Nick Trew, chief executive, stumps up half of £200,000 subscription at 0.833p. Company is still trying to recover two licences in Mozambique.

Enquest (LON:ENQ) up 19% to 17.3p. North Sea oil group posted US$1.15bn loss due to huge impairment charges, but the company reaffirmed production guidance of 44,000-48,000 barrels per day. Underlying profit fell 20% to US$467mln.

Ariana Resources (LON:AAU) up 10% to 1.15p. Gold group is bullish over prospects for new mine being built at Kiziltepe after finding potential new satellite 12km away at Kepez West.

FALLERS

Vernalis (LON:VER) down 17% to 49.3p. Heavy investment in US launch of cough/cold remedy Tuzistra XR means loss in 2015 of £10.7mln, but company is hopeful momentum will grow.

Proxama (LON:PROX) down 13% to 0.85p. Neil Garner, a shareholder in online marketing group sells down stake to 6.65% from over 11%.

ProPhotonix (LON:PPIX) down 6% to 2.12p. Shares dip after strong run recently even though company launches upgrades to its LED lighting and laser designer range.


Major share price risers and falles in London at 9.30am

RISERS

Sopheon PLC (LON:SPE) up 39% to 99p.  Profit before tax was US$1.20mln in 2015 versus a loss of $1.52mln the year before. The group signed 14 new customers and closed another 28 transactions with existing customers.

88Energy Ltd (LON:88E) up 22% to 3.77p. Oil explorer has completed phase 1 of Icewine project in Alaska with all three potential hurdles crossed.

Aureus Mining PLC (LON:AUE) up 11% to 7.1p. Gold miner achieves stable production at its New Liberty mine in Liberia with 4,500 oz produced in the first two weeks of March.

FALLERS

Sirius Minerals (LON:SXX) down 18% to 18.63p. Profit taking after publication of DFS for York Potash polyhalite project, Numbers indicate project worth US$15bn, but will cost US$4bn to build.

Sirius Petroleum (LON:SRSP) down 12% to 0.332p. Oil group has raised £500,000 through subscription at 0.3p per share to fund development of Ororo field in Nigeria.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd (LON:GKP) down 11% to 10.7p. Iraq oil group reports loss for 2015 of US$134mln to follow US$246mln loss in 2014.
