Below are some of the main share price movements at 4pm.

RISERS

blur Group (LON:BLUR) up 22.25%. The company said it attracted 30% more large business customers to its e-commerce platform in the first half of 2015.

Arbuthnot (LON:ARBB) up 12.9%. Underlying first half pre-tax profit rose 30%. The company also added Ian Dewer to the board as a non-executive director.

Admiral Group (LON:ADM) up 4.68%. According to the AA, car and home insurance premiums are set to increase due to an upcoming hike in the UK's insurance premium tax.

FALLERS

Rurelec (LON:RUR) down 14.67%. Shares gave back yesterday’s gains after it appointed two new executive directors at the request of Radix.

Atlas Development (LON:ADSS) down 14%. Shares in the support services company slid today after warning a falling oil price had affected order numbers.

Cable & Wireless Communications (LON:CWC) down 2.25%. It reported flat first quarter mobile revenue versus the same time last year.


Below are some of the main share price movements on the FTSE 350 at 1pm.

RISERS

AO World (LON:AO) up 8.4%. The white goods retailer reported a pick-up in trading after a tough first quarter, boosting its shares.

Croda International (LON:CRDA) up 4.44%. The first half of the year saw pre-tax profit jump 7.3% while sales rose 5.2%.

Fresnillo (LON:FRES) up 3.18%. The miner was boosted by commodity prices, which rose across the board today. Gold and platinum both gained more than 1%.

FALLERS

IG (LON:IGG) down 5.8%.The spread-betting firm said its chief executive was retiring as it revealed a profit hit from a soaring Swiss franc.

Centrica (LON:CNA) down 2.54%. Reports suggest an unplanned outage cut its North Morecambe gas sub-terminal output to zero.

EasyJet (LON:EZJ) down 2.38%. The budget airline fell after Commerzbank reiterated its ‘sell’ rating as it swung the axe on the sector as a whole.


Below are some of the main share price movements at 9am.

RISERS

ECR Minerals (LON:ECR) up 24.6%. Positive trenching results at the Itogon gold project which saw trench 09 return a mineralised intersection of 97.6m grading 2.57g per tonne gold.

ValiRx (LON:VAL) up 16%. Its lead compound, VAL201, continues to show “safety and tolerability, with no significant adverse effects recorded” during the latest round of testing.

Versarien (LON:VRS) up 7.2%. Revenues for the year to 31 March rose 69% to £4.98mln (£2.95mln 2014).

FALLERS

Nasstar (LON:NASA) down 15.2%.  The company said: “A number of unrelated customer events have taken place that will impact monthly recurring revenues in the second half.”

Frontier Resources (LON:FRI) down 13.3%. The company announced it issued a 42,403,571 new shares at 0.35p per share to raise £148,413 before expenses. It’s the second placing in four days after it raised £205,000 on Friday.

Sable Mining Africa (LON:SBLM) down 7.1%. After the market closed last night, Sable said Nubuke Multi-Strategy Fund no longer holds a notifiable interest in the company.
