    Mining stocks have pulled the All Ords down 0.1% to 5,369.9 points despite Chinese manufacturing data rising to a three month high in October. The Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index is down 0.89% to 2,305.8 points while in pre-open markets the Dow Mini is up 19 points to 16,444.     Cape Lambert Resources granted key Mining Licence for Marampa Iron Ore

    The Mining Licence allows Cape Lambert Resources to start negotiations with the Sierra Leone Ministry of Mineral Resources for a mine lease agreement over the Marampa Iron Ore Project.  This progression should assist with attaining potential investors.

    Potash Corp's Q3 profit trails, but encouraged by signs in all key potash markets

    Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (TSE:POT) (NYSE:POT) posted Thursday a third quarter profit that trailed last year's figures, as despite improved performance in its potash and nitrogen businesses, the Canadian fertilizer giant's results were weighed down by higher tax expenses and weaker contributions from offshore equity investments. But it also maintained its upbeat market outlook, encouraged by strong demand.
