Viridas Plc, formerly Caldwell Investments plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is engaged in biodiesel production from crude Jatropha oil. The Company together with its subsidiaries is also engaged in the distribution of underwear and Ninaclip products. During the fiscal year ended February 29, 2008 (fiscal 2008), Viridas established a trial jatropha plantation in Brazil. The Company’s subsidiaries include Viridas Brasil Agronegocios Ltda, Viridas Trading Ltd, Nissel Textilien Gmbh and Challioner & Walker.
