ROK Plc is a holding company of a group of companies providing development, building and maintenance services in the United Kingdom. It operates in four segments: new build; planned repairs and refurbishment; response maintenance and development. It has a 50% interest in four joint ventures: Rokval (Exeter) Limited, Rokval (Bournemouth) Limited, Milln Gate Rok Development Alton Limited and Rok Development Solutions Limited. Their principal activities are the development of commercial property. In September 2007, it acquired S. Harrison Construction Ltd, from S. Harrison Group. In September 2007, it acquired the trade and certain assets of Aquilo Inspection and Reinstatement Services Ltd. In October 2007, the Company acquired Avonside Services Group Limited. In January 2008, it acquired Pitkerro Ltd. In April 2008, the Company acquired Richardson Projects Holdings Ltd, the parent company of Richardson Projects Ltd.
