Mediterranean Oil & Gas Plc is an AIM listed Petroleum Company which has production, development and advanced exploration oil and gas assets. Mog  holds operating rights on a significant number of its assets and has positive, ongoing cashflow derived from production. MOG has experienced long standing management who are well versed and connected to the Italian regulatory process. All of MOG’s assets held in the European Union, principally on and offshore Italy and offshore Malta, except for recently acquired interest in Tunisian permit.

The Company’s short term objectives are to become a medium size oil producer from the development and exploitation of the Company's Ombrina Mare discovery. To increase substantially the Company's gas reserves and production through the development and extension of its Italian Onshore and Adriatic gas assets and to farm out and drill very substantial and mature prospects identified (3D seismic) in Offshore Malta (Block 7 Area 4)(adjoining Libyan border); and also Mature offshore Malta Blocks 4, 5 & 6.

Mr. Andrew Cochran (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr. Cochran is the Chief Executive Officer at Dominion Petroleum Ltd, an independent oil and gas exploration company operating in Africa and listed on AIM (AIM:DPL). Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Politics from Tulane University. He spent eight years with Western Geophysical as an area geophysicist for the Asia Pacific region and as an exploration geophysicist covering North Africa, the Middle East and Asia. From 2000 to 2001 he was Managing Director of Veritas DGC Indonesia and, from 2001 to 2003, he was New Ventures Adviser at Anadarko Petroleum, advising on Indonesia corporate entry strategy. He was subsequently a founder of Endeavour International Corporation, a US-listed exploration and production company. In 2005 he founded Salamander Energy plc, an Asia focused independent exploration and production company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and was (until his resignation from the Board on 31 December 2008) the Executive Director responsible for business development.

Mr. Michael Bonte-Friedheim (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Bonte-Friedheim was Non-Executive Chairman of the Company from 2006 to 2011. He is an investment banker by background and has spent most of his career in banking working with clients in the energy sector. Up until 2006, he was a Managing Director in the Energy & Power Team at Goldman Sachs International Limited. Michael is currently a Non-Executive Director at Valiant Petroleum Plc, an AIM-listed company focused on E&P opportunities in the North Sea, and co-CEO of NextEnergy Capital SaRL, a merchant bank focused on the European renewable energy sector.

Mr. Sergio Morandi (Chief Operating Officer)

Mr. Morandi was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from late 2007 to May 2011. He has 27 years experience in oil & gas exploration, operations management and the acquisition, processing and interpretation of seismic data. He has worked at ENI, Coparex, ELF, Enterprise Oil, Shell Italia E&P and Shell International E&P.  From 1997 to 2003, he was a lecturer of Applied Seismology at Basillicata University in Italy and in 2002 and 2003 he was a Board Member of the Italian National Upstream Association (Associazione Mineraria Italiana).

Mr. Chris Kelsall (Finance Director)

Mr. Kelsall has over 14 years international investment banking experience, undertaking capital markets, privatisation and corporate advisory projects in a wide range of developed and emerging markets. Most recently he was a Director, Equity Capital Markets in the Global Banking Division of Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch. Prior to this he worked with the ABN AMRO Rothschild global equity capital markets joint venture, in London and Sydney. Chris initially practised for 4 years as a corporate and commercial solicitor with firms within the Allens Arthur Robinson Legal Group. Chris holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia, in addition to a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr. Miles Donnelly (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Donnelly founded Aurelian Oil & Gas Plc together with Michael Seymour as a private company in 2002, which was subsequently listed on AIM in 2006. Miles stepped down as a director of Aurelian Oil & Gas Plc in June 2010 and subsequently formed Trajan Oil & Gas Limited to explore in the Eastern Mediterranean. He has worked extensively in Africa and the Middle East.

Mr. Salvatore Russo (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Russo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and he began his career with Mobil (USA). In 1981 Mr Russo joined ENI S.p.A (State Energy Board). As director of Group Strategy and Planning he contributed to the entire re-organisation of the ENI Group and also participated in the privatization of ENI. Over a period of some twenty years Mr Russo has held very senior positions on the Boards of some of Italy's largest corporations including amongst others Chairman and CEO Saipem S.p.A, Chairman and CEO Snam S.p.A, Chairman, CEO Snam Rete Gas S.p.A (ENI Group) and Chairman and CEO EnerTAD S.p.A. In addition he has served on the Boards of Directors of a number of companies including Agip, AgipPetroli, EniChem and Italgas.

Mr. Michael Seymour (Non-Executive Director)

Mr. Seymour is a geologist with over 40 years of experience in the oil industry, starting with the Burmah Oil Company, Conoco and Kerr-McGee. Mr Seymour was the Founder of Aurelian Oil & Gas Plc, where he was managing director until mid-2009 and now will retire as non-executive director at the end of May 2011. He also was founder of Teredo Petroleum Plc in 1984 and Medusa Oil & Gas Ltd in 1991. He is a former Chairman of both the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain and the UK Onshore Operators Group. Currently, he is President of the Polish Exploration and Production Industry Organisation and a Director of Trajan Oil Limited.
