The Company is also engaged in the research and development of other medical software applications and devices with potential applications in the medical imaging, detection and diagnosis sectors. On June 28, 2007, Medicsight PLC acquired the entire share capital of Medicexchange PTY Ltd from Medicexchange (International) Ltd.
