Lombard Risk Management plc is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the provision of trading, valuation and risk management systems and regulatory, anti money laundering and compliance systems to the financial markets. In May 2007, the Company disposed its stake in its former subsidiary IDOX plc. In February 2008, the Company announced the sale of its independent valuation business. The Company has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Independent Valuation and Risk Services Ltd (IVRS) to LIFFE (Holdings) plc. The Company’s subsidiaries include Lombard Risk Systems Ltd, STB Systems Ltd, Lombard Risk International Ltd and Lombard Risk International (USA) Inc.
