Kingspan Group Plc is a manufacturer of a range of sustainable products for the construction industry. The Company's principal activities comprises the manufacture of insulated panels, rigid insulation boards, raised access floors, steel frame and timber frame off-site solutions, environmental and renewable fuel and water storage solutions, and hot water systems. The Company operates in four business segments: insulated panels & boards, off-Site and structural, environmental and renewables, and access floors. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company completed 17 acquisitions, including Coldmatic (Canadian based manufacturer of insulated panels), Tate ASP Maxcess (Canadian based manufacturer of raised access floors), Atlas Tanks (Irish based environmental tank manufacturer) and Thermomax (United Kingdom based manufacturer of advanced solar thermal systems). In August 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Metecno, Inc.
