HandMade plc

HandMade plc is an international rights and film production company. The HandMade Group acquires, owns and exploits intellectual property rights, comprising film, television (TV) and theatrical productions, book and music rights, and merchandising. The principal activities of the Company during the year ended December 31, 2007, were the exploitation of film libraries and other intellectual property, and the sale of distribution rights for feature films. On July 19, 2007, the Company acquired a 50% interest in Running Man Limited.
