The livestock therapeutic specialist is continuing organic growth in China, Latin America and India. In the shorter term, investors will want to look out for news of US regulatory approval for its flagship product Aivlosin this year as well as full-year results that are expected to show a substantial increase in both turnover and profits. Longer term, a trade sale may be on the cards, chairman Peter Lawrence tells Proactive Investors.

Peter is a founder of the business and has been an executive director ever since its formation in 1972. He is the non-executive chairman of Baronsmead AIM VCT plc and a non-executive director of Baronsmead VCT plc, Noble AIM VCT plc, Kiotech International plc and Higher Nature Ltd.
Marc Loomes,BVSc, MRCVS - Director
Marc is a veterinary surgeon and a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London. He also holds a post graduate degree in animal reproduction obtained in South Africa. Marc joined ECO Animal Health in October 2004 having gained extensive international experience of the animal health and crop protection industries in senior management roles for blue chip multi-national companies in South Africa, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
Kevin Stockdale, BSc ACA - Finance Director
Kevin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and was Finance Director of Interpet Ltd responsible for the audited accounts of Lawrence PLC while Interpet was a subsidiary company in the group. Interpet was sold in 2004 and Kevin remained with it as Finance Director. He rejoined the group in September 2007 as Finance Director.
Julia Trouse - Executive Director
Julia joined the group in 1993 as Financial Controller of Petworld Superstores Ltd and became Group Financial Controller of Lawrence plc in 1999 and Company Secretary in 2004. She joined the Board in September 2007.
Brett Clemo,BA (Hons) - Executive Director
Brett joined the Eco Animal Health Limited in 2006 as Director of Global Operations from Syngenta Chemicals BV where he became Operations Director and had previously spent 19 years with Syngenta, AstraZeneca and ICI in senior management roles.
David Danson - Non-Executive Director
David is a veterinary surgeon who has spent the majority of his career in the international veterinary pharmaceutical sector. Before moving into general management he was Director-Global Marketing for Chicago-based Mallinckrodt Animal Health Inc. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Safeguard Biosystems (Holdings) Ltd, a biotech company in the human, animal and plant diagnostics field. He is also Chairman of Forsite Diagnostics Ltd, and RVC Developments Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Moredun Scientific Ltd. He was previously CEO of UA Group plc which he led to a £54M sale in 2005. In addition, David is a Member of the Council of the Royal Veterinary College in the University of London and a member of the Advisory Board of the Detection and Identification of Infectious Agents programme of the UK government’s Technology Strategy Board.
Julia Henderson - Non- Executive Director
Julia has been involved with entrepreneurial growth companies in a wide range of sectors for over twenty years. She is an independent non-executive director and corporate consultant with quoted and private mid market companies. Julia is also non-executive chairman of GTL Resources plc and a non-executive director of Alkane Energy plc.
