Current Statement

Craven House Capital is an investing company, which specialises in assisting profitable small to medium-sized enterprises, from emerging and frontier markets, prepare for trade sales, IPOs or other liquidity events. The Company has already made a number of investments in companies operating in Africa, Asia and South America, and is actively pursuing further potential investment opportunities that are likely to offer the best return to its shareholders.

Current Operations

Our investment strategy focuses on private and publicly-listed companies from under-serviced and fast growing emerging and frontier economies.

Strategy and Objectives

After identifying an opportunity, Craven House Capital works with the management of the company to develop and refine a financing strategy that rewards both the management and shareholders. The chosen solution may be pre-IPO fundraising rounds at increasing valuations, an IPO, a move to a more senior exchange or a trade sale. In all instances we work to increase the international profile of the target company and continue to advise the company post investment.

Objectives

Identify target companies through existing relationships with investment professionals in emerging and frontier markets.

Develop and implement appropriate financing strategy.

Realise investments and build asset base.

Become a frontier market focused merchant bank.
