Designed for telephone-based clinical assessment, triage, advice and referral, Odyssey TeleAssess, formerly known as TAS, is used across the world by healthcare professionals in a variety of primary and emergency care settings: physician answering services, ambulance services, health advice lines, healthcare insurance and services designed to improve access to healthcare for under-served communities.
State-of-the-art clinical decision support software for use with patient consultations in person. Assistance with history taking, examinations, results recording and the development of care plans and electronic patient records. Used by doctors, all grades of nurse, nurse practitioners and EMTs in a variety of clinic settings and home visits.
Safe patient prioritization for non-clinicians, either as call handlers or receptionists. Details are automatically passed to Odyssey TeleAssess or FaceToFace to speed up clinical consultations.
Designed to enable patients to assess their own needs quickly and safely, instead of or before consulting a health professional. In addition to providing patients with access to appropriate self care advice, Odyssey SelfAssess provides actionable clinical summaries for health professionals, so shortening consultation times while ensuring that all pertinent data is available for safe diagnosis.
Specifically designed CDS for use in prisons and other detention centers to improve healthcare in challenging environments and drastically reduce the costs of referral (e.g. to hospital emergency departments), Odyssey FirstAssess provides standardized reception assessment frameworks with full decision support. Ensures all staff adhere to uniformly high and consistent standards of care and documentation, regardless of experience.
Specifically designed clinical decision support for the shipping industry and vessels travelling internationally ensuring the best possible care at all times, even when very remote or far from shore.
Odyssey MarineAssess supports the assessment and treatment of any condition presented on board, supporting the captain or master to ensure the most appropriate care pathways are followed.
